Kelly L. Barth has an M.B.A. with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She has worked in the field of adoption since 1999 completing both domestic and international home study reports. Uniquely, she has also been a facilitator for international adoption and is well versed as to how a Hague compliant home study report should be presented to U.S. Immigration. Most importantly, Kelly is the proud mother to a son through domestic adoption and a daughter from Russia. “I love being a part of bringing families together and feel blessed to be able to work with so many wonderful families…”.

Tonya entered the field of adoption in 1996 when she and her husband adopted their daughter from Russia and then two years later, their son from Ukraine. She understands the emotional roller coaster that adoptive parents are on and the financial burden that an adoption can cause. “My driving force for working in adoptions is the satisfaction I get in seeing families formed and the happiness that it gives everyone”. Tonya has a Masters Degree in International Management and extensive experience living and working overseas for international companies. She speaks two foreign languages.
